I know this will offend the sparks but alarm lads deal with even numbers of wires. Its a different skill set with much smaller cables. I've yet to meet a spark that didn't know better / best in every way till the first series contact came up

Why not buy a non ADT badged (and modified) visonic unit?

As above many panels can but you need to consider holidays etc. Maybe a panel with remote arm disarm would be more suitable

the strobe output will remain active if not 'reset' if its active when the panel seems normal it has an issue. You have measured its the panel driving it so cannot be a faulty sounder

Oh ok Dont know the flex that well. If its not programmable (others will know more) you could link a circuit to an output (circuit programmed as PA, output programmed to follow the RF keyfob)
