  1. 1k would be about 1000m on copper cable. 1k is too high imo
  2. Id be drawn towards a cable problem to be honest. What sort of cable is it?
  3. it has a modem if it's in use then it could be downloaded that way. If not yes just list it. What other events etc are in there and the times of the fail recover etc
