  2. no, increase the voltage it (dc) will half the current demand, ac theory is more log vs the lin of dc. DC is easier as its pure ohms law, Ac theory adds a little more ie impedance but its similar, ish

  15. Which relay is it. Is it programmed to flick that output as a heartbeat for a watchdog system maybe. I dont know that panel mind to know if its capable

  18. Id agree with Whistle, never had an issue with axis. Granted dear to buy but no return calls makes them cheaper imo

  21. Agreed, report it to your installer. also pay as you go is not best for obvious reasons.
