  1. might be an idea to post em here as I see lots of quotes that the end user think are the same spec etc as some are a little misleading
  2. its normal practice to change it. If a system fails to perform then they are liable. If you fiddle with it and change things, it may no longer comply etc.
  3. I have to agree with Norman, if it's under warranty you have undone that and given your insurer a way out if you needed it

  7. he tamper switch that is detecting if the lid is on correctly
  8. you still have a tamper problem then, either you have another tamper or the sping isn't closed
  9. put the lid back on properly before trying to reset
  10. id assume with poor alignment they would be more sensitive
  11. Samsung are rumoured to have a home automation plan, best not click remove lounge settings by mistake...

  19. is the p2p service still available? also if using a static address on the lan have you also configured the gateway and dns correctly

  22. no my point was/is why is zone 003 causing confirmed intruder unless as above its set to only ring on confirm and you are actually triggering 2 devices?

    first job I did on my own was a Gardtec 300 thing. Still in and serviced. Oldest thing ive worked on was an F150? Bentley or a hilclare relay panel
  24. If tamper is displayed he must have opened something or damaged a cable.
