As dd mentioned , perhaps connect trigger input to negative if it's set to a neg trigger to see if it dials As above if output is set to intruder then you must do intruder output test not bell test , or set the output as a bell output and then do bell test , how ever that's annoying as on test you will activate your bell each time If you do manage to get it to dial, from memory when you answer you won't hear anything until you say hello or something
