  1. Ismail , how do you intend on running the company with little technical knowledge? Or do you have engineers who do most of that , and your just training yourself up, as your the mamager? What did you do at Adt if you worked or work there ?
  2. Is power max only option in visonic range? Does visonicnreport low battery or missing devices? From what I see pyronix doesn't , but then all panels have some issue perhaps
  3. But dt will still do the job nicely
  4. Yes it will work off the galaxy As above did you enable inputs Did you make sure trigger level is correct on panel and on dialler Did you try a free wire ? As dd mentioned , perhaps connect trigger input to negative if it's set to a neg trigger to see if it dials As above if output is set to intruder then you must do intruder output test not bell test , or set the output as a bell output and then do bell test , how ever that's annoying as on test you will activate your bell each time If you do manage to get it to dial, from memory when you answer you won't hear anything until you say hello or something
  5. Cos you holding both legs with wet fingers Cos you holding both legs with wet fingers Cos you holding both legs with wet fingers

  9. Ag6 don't like being out in the open with cable installed in certain ways , seen it plenty As above buy another make , even the delta is cabled entry to side of electronics so better and as said enclosed better Although those who don't want to pay much get an ag6
  10. How do you know it didn't dry off on the PCB , was enough to short it , I have seen it on these bells before because of how cable is taken in and where rain has hit got behind it Maybe yours survived but symptoms were similar and you confirm now water got in PS if it's quiet you could disconnect them, make terminal on them, and you will here oscillation when activated
  11. Water ingress , show us picture of exactly how it's mounted and picture of wiring please
  12. More or less yes that's the way it is, although I don't know risco , they may oray not let the user add and remove fobs Example hkc panels adds them as a device which only the engineer has access to or anyone with engineer code Honeywell (might get shot here) allows master code users to add fobs Risco? Don't know But either way if you lose it , you can get it deactivated and new one added With some method
  13. I off my rocker your paying for that wall remember
  14. Here's the simple answer which you didn't accept , as that would been the end of that, hence what continued perhaps Here's another great reply , but in English it says it's easy to get these over the web, plus you still have a code as fail safe What more do you want It is in English dd but he needs help
