  1. Router is not problem , because Samsung can see the DVR Have you tried connecting outside of WiFi with DNS or inside WiFi with direct IP on app? As said before this is common with some of there machines to playup when trying to connect internally using the DNS route
  2. Lol Samsung won't do jack , he's almost there though
  3. Look app doesn't always work when connected to WiFi in the place of the DVR Take your phone elsewhere and connect to another WiFi source In ksa not everyone has data allowance so hence I understand why you want to do it via the WiFi But in this case from the DVR location I would concentrate in getting it to work via local IP not ddns unless your out and about I don't know why the app does this , but i have seen this occur on many iphones Am I making sense , not to many lol So first steps you have done , local.PC can see the webserver and Samsung can see your DVR Your just stuck with the app ------- Earlier on it would work because you had dhcp and hadn't tried via the app then we went onto ddns which also might not work because via WiFi it doesn't always depending on setup So if your at home with DVR and connected to WiFi , set all back to IP address internally has to work ------ Also he doesn't have restrictions because Samsung can see the device , and he can still make it work on the internal network
  4. Why is time 4.29am So Samsung shows it can see the DVR But app is saying cannot connect Disconnect WiFi on phone before trying
  5. So new Upto date pic of Samsung ipolis site logged in showing product
  6. Picture of ipolis site Also your phone is showing WiFi is on , turn it off before trying
  7. Showe picture of your app setup Also before trying app does the ipolis website show DVR is on?
  8. Put ipolis details in Change to ddns Put your device name you chose from Samsung after the / Set port 4524 Set username admin Set password to whatever you selected Then turn WiFi off on your phone before trying to connect
  9. Like I said forget the Samsung icon on the website it doesn't always work For PC use smartviewer and phone use the samsungipolis app
  10. No point trying to blag regs just say you don't know, and blag everything else
  11. So 4524 is your port for the ipolis app You need to change the IP type to static Then change IP address to 192.168.1.200 so it's out of the way Then next issue will be port forwarding on your router itself Gateway will be probably as already set 192.168.1.1 Sorry looking at your pictures , although dmz shouldnt be permanently used its a good way to do it temporarily, but because your DVR is set to dhcp and router is pointing to static address it will end up changing And then better to use the smartviewer software or the ipolis app for smart phone as web viewer doesn't always work
  12. Samsung model? Most are easy to setup Most common mistake is the port , when you put the port in the app don't put the first one , its the faded one on the right something like 4524
  13. Keypads normally have a volume control to give you the tones and the speaker connection is for the internal sounder aswell as the entry tones and set tone Perhaps volume is set to off , what keypad is it ? It is possible you havnt set the zones up correctly aswell, front door should be set as a "final" zone type , but sound asthough you have no exit time either? Hence look at volume control
  14. Texecom ricochet Hkc paid app though Honeywell galaxy flex
  15. Ok so what do the troubles show, your user manual should show you how to list them or something , I don't this panel but won't be much different from a visonic lol
  16. I don't think so, quite common , no offence OP but the more you mess the more it will do this , or it was diy installer anyway, a simple reset can stop it from arming without knowing what to do next Maybe list the issues that come up
