It's funny you say that.... " for those who are used to me in trade lol" I was Replying to sw , I normally fit a wireless shock with contact on the opener of the bifold and then a wireless shock on the other end of the bifold with contact disabled when using hkc What panel are you using ?

So put new cable in same one , no screen Change galvanised trunking to plastic

Yes cable.management is more on hkc stuff aswell in my opinion Galaxy range and texecom have better space to lash it in

Just join crimp , solder and extend cables etc You could bury them in wall and put a face plate on top after I would open the plaster up more towards ceiling and fit panel higher up if possible then joins can be inside panel Do you have a better picture?

Dude Simple process for you Swap both keypads round If keypad one works in position 2 atleast you know for sure to an extent the cable power and coms is good Then it has to be addressing and programming or the keypad itself
