  2. Hello everyone... This is my first post, so please do patient with my novice approach... I am an automation engineering so I am not worried about handling systems like this We bought a house recently which has been empty and on the market for sometime. It's obvious to me now that the system was disabled by flicking the switchboard mcb off. Also I found out that the panel cover was removed. The previous owners left no details of the installation i.e. no Operator code nor a note if the engineering codes were changed. even the installer number has changed!   4. Hi all. I just spent two hours trying to find an Installer of Honeywell Intruder Detection System in North London - no joy! So then I found this website and decided to register in the hope that someone could help. (Reason I want Honeywell is simply because they have the Galaxy Flex Touchscreen controller).     Hi, My name is Mo based in London, Wembley, I am starting a new company and would require all your great help to get me up to scratch with the industry standards. Some of my history, I started off working with a electrical company doing electrical installs with guidence from my NICEIC approved boss, while at this company i got involved in installing alarms, cctv systems and access control system. Thereon I have been installing cctv and alarms in my spare. And now im planning to start my own company.     Just a quick hello and a brief history, used to work in alarm industry about 10 years ago briefly perhaps for a year on installation on DSC Systems. Currently working on service and installation of Communal TV systems .Have just fitted my brothers scantronic system he has taken from his old house, to his new home, reviving my curiosity about alarms again so will be doing my house next. I'm looking for a good reliable system for a 3 bed home with garage and 2 small dogs. May even consider having a CCTV system installed as well. Not sure yet whether I want a monitored alarm or not.     Hello everyone saw a couple of posts for VCL Dome information in case anyone is looking for support for legacy / existing VCL Dome systems, due to Honeywell discontinuing repair/replace services for the VCL Orbiter Dome range, i would be happy to help Our company, 360 Vision Technology Ltd, has a number of VCL upgrade/replacements as well as our own range of product that incorporates the VCL Twisted Pair (RS485) and Coax telemetry protocols, as well as a host of others (Pelco etc) Not trying to advertise, this is purely to advise an alternative to the often searched replacement question for VCL Domes !
