Just joined the site so thought I'd post in here. Been working for a company for about a year now that deals mainly with attendance monitoring but also does a bit of access control, so I'm mainly here to try and learn!

Hi. I've got a galaxy 96, 6 keypads and 40 odd fobs. I can, and have programmed them into panel. They will however not set system. Programmed in users as timed set, but I'm sure there is something I need to do with the max keypad option to get these to work. Any advice welcome

Hi all, I am a newbie to the forum but I am hoping to tap into the vast experience on here and hopefully share some of my experiences. I work for a small family firm installing fire alarms and CCTV systems. I have more experience in Fire Alarms than CCTV and hope to have some of my CCTV questions looked over! Thanks! - Sam

Sorry to go straight in with this but I just want to know what the 'industry standard' is, if there is one at all. I work for a medium sized company and we are very busy. I leave every day around 7:30. My get home times range from 6 on a good day to 9 on a bad day. I also have to do admin when I arrive home. Just wondering if you think these hours are particularily bad, or just average for the industry? in advance Matt

Well, I regisered on here years ago, but never got round to posting anything. Thought I'd best say hi, if only to get my post count up to apply for trade membership. I've worked for the same alarm company in Merseyside for far too long now (23 years). Now wear a shirt and tie, but I'm sure you can forgive that (Not above getting my hands dirty when needed, though. )
