Did you get a solution to this. I have exactly the same keypad and its just gone on the blink so would like to buy a replacement but cant find one online?

They've been obsolete for years, you may drop on a second hand one but could be back to square one. 

 

Better updating the system to something more modern imo. 

Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.

new old stock from ebay or get you hand in your pocket & replace the controls

They are obsolete, upgrade the system or take a risk on finding an equally or less faulty used one.
