norman
Solenoids are OK and cost effective but they shut the water off suddenly and this has potential to exaggerate any weak points, tbh for 10mm I doubt it'll be an issue. I've used these with the manual override due to the application, cheap and cheerful. https://solenoid-valve.world/product/820/connexion/12-electrically-actuated-ball-valve-9-24vacdc-or-110-240vac-abvm04s Quote Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
