Sparky on site is fitting the fire alarm.

He thinks sticky pads and plasic ties meet the standards as 99% of his cables are fixed this way. No wonder we can't compete with these guys.

what colour horse does he have ?

Silver obv.

Are any of these in escape routes as all cables must be mechanically fixed in a resistant manner. Wont meet 7671 if it isnt

he must have a screw wacked through them into the joists imo? Sticky wont hold it up on the board surely

if its any decent new build whats the site engineer doing,it should be ripped out more and more popping up like that  no one prices for containment whole job will be like that

doubt it once the ceiling is up no one cares cheap and thrown in is the name of the game unless its a major contractor or council/hospital work

No he is gonne cable tie to the fire cable..
