I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.

paper manuals are generic and i often individually altered if needed, like striking out any un-used facilities offered to reduce confusion.

IMHO each site should have one but people being people often misplace them. I personally send a PDF user manual with the quote, so the client gets a 'feel' for how it is operated and can ask questions before they buy. I actually increases sales as facilities they had not considered often become required now the client is aware of availability.

If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!
