supervision failure is bad. Usually because batts havnt been chnaged or inferior cheap ones used. Is jamming detect trurned on (should be)

you will need to fix the tamper issue on the bell. Id assume its not closing correctly or not securly fitted to the wall

if disconnected and jumper in both settings id say you may have blown it up

if you disconnect the stobe input on the sab does it stop?

supervision failure means the panel had heard from the sensor for a period of time. This would mean if it needed to transmit an alarm it wouldnt get through and it wouldnt work. You dont want to disable this you want to fix the problem. There will be more info on the siren fault you will need to know this to help diagnose

id move the LF jumper

Every pro will recommend and specialise. My personal pref is for hkc buy is fat from a diy suitable product I doubt you would get support for it

Looks like there are 2 tamper terminals. I'd assume a link from 0v to the other tamper connection? Yes can you invert the strobe in the panel or sounder?

different installers will specialise and prefer different gear. my pref for example would be hkc. 6wb will be texecom as another example. there are some id avoid but wont say here

2) sounds like your strobe is configured the worng way. It will need inverting in the panel if the panel is wrong or the bell etc 1) you are right to me means you have a tamper problem on the bell

OK that would be harder though as its the switches on the bell and there would be voltage on them. Is the tamper return from the bell at 0v?

i assume all tampers are closed on the bell?

as al says you will need to setup the partsets in programming. they are dsiabled by default

first off be really careful with your stray cores. There should be nothing sticking out of the terminals like in the images. It will blow something. Id assume that bla is bell input and blf is strobe

Great. I'd assume. It is OK then Seems bizarre that you have a tamper fault but all switches and loops are closed

looks like the 2 tamper loops are linked out. Can you confirm with a meter? Is this brand new? or from a dubious source?

that looks like a 16 plus. Pretty limited and very basic panel. Is obsolete but if its been looked after is useable. Or put a flex or a 2-20 in its its place. YOu can then reuse your keypad but id update your detection, bell etc
