Anticode? Set by you on original installer ? It's set for anticode so user can't reset it , hence why you can't get into engineer mode either because perhaps code is incorrect Sorry bit strange really, it's straight forward to programme

Maybe it's wrong code and you locked yourself out? I wonder does engineers access need to be granted before trying to access all menus I don't really know this panel

Unlikely here, why don't you ask the installer?

Possibly as above the relaybhas been programmed to do something under certain conditions or something , if that's possible check what the relay is set to do
