  1. You mentioned when you stripped it it's was thin, so stop talking rubbish there's Many types of cable , stage cable 12core thick cable but strands are thin , had time to search Google yet?You could have closed this topic with a simple picture of the 12core

I got some cheap 12core from eBay to, but it's was good cable , cheap 8core is a problem when stapling as it's outer sheath is a bit loose , switched to cqr instead Hang on a minute!!! don't tell me you bought multicore stage cable ie for mics etc and used it on a gig I mean alarm install? Come on man , you trying to copy h , you can never do it , plus I in que!
  7. Ok but I really want to see 12core smaller than 4 core , and indont know the answer because I have never seen it , unless you mean a bigger size 4core of some kind like the old data cable and screened so it's chunky

  13. Line dropping isn't intruder , and if it as intruder you would have bell timers set
  14. You said line fixed now, so set it and disconnect it and see what happens , experiment for you
  15. Get the installer to change the stop set , ie stop set on line fault to disabled
  16. You marked zone 1 as kitchen door and front door , perhaps that's what he meant by dropping one off that And you mentioned two keypads one in kitchen and one in porch , some keypads have a zone available onboard texecom I think so you could run off those instead of cabling back
