    Probably usual story they don't want to pay, probably well maintained but never been upgraded , what happens if your maintenance charges are same as ADT will they still pay? Unless it's a lesecure or whatever it's called or domonial they all straight forward , those to stay clear

    Yes but correct as it is , the viper is triggering before the hallway that's why F is present Maybe swb means viper zone 3 is triggering and some how when you enter hallway your triggering the hallway although it should be entry zone So zone2 red herring and zone 3 is the actual problem If you get me , cos I don't lol

    If your getting the same activations , meaning both zones ,are they following the same route or sharing a common cable , perhaps there is a fault Cable damaged , mice , rats ,carpet fitter etc
