  1. Have you looked at the visonic manual yet?
  2. Actually you mean something else , that's not a switch below it , that something standard in many devices , it's connected to the transformer , and has a fuse on it
  3. Forget this alarm Perhaps a pyronix enforcer will work for you with remote keypad What you mean your technical in nature? Transformer provides power from the mains supply, and the switch you mean with a spring on it? Is a case tamper switch
  4. Over the enforcer
  5. Like I said , buy any bellbox they come with instructions simple Honeywell ag6 will work Side note get an engineer to fit it for you, you could find manuals on Google , this is an old alarm you should upgrade it like you might upgrade your phone or computer
  6. Any bell box will work , unless you have some kind of wireless system , I assume cable is still there You just need to open panel if you have correct codes look at bell connections and match upto new bell
  7. Probably standard 12v in one cable and other BNC type is for the video
  8. Dialler is so simple never had these issues Only seen a speaker drive fail
  9. Can't get the staff these days
  10. Shame the onboard Rio LEDs are lunatics
  11. Out of curiosity have you tried increasing the gap to 5mins And if you have a relay, as swb pointed out in another post , is back emf keeping the relay locked ?
  12. Yes, the selfmon keypad is much better than the Honeywell version if all you need is a remote keypad
  13. Hardcore bench Hardcore supernova
  14. Any programmable output it would seem that switches from positive to negative , and other leg of relay to positive
  15. Ah ok swb I got confused with what James said , thanks
  16. What you mean handle current ? On the texes don't they have something that can switch a relay as standard ?
  17. Are you still using that cat5 type cable? Reading the other thread , I assume no issue of software versions? Oddly enough I have a job to goto where someone has trouble adding on a rio, all new apparently but they say the panel won't add the Rio in the first place I just wonder did you add and remove the Rio and it's an old message ,aybe do a 17 restart and might clear it Dudes what can be measured on the data line and can it be scoped to look for anything , just a thought
  18. Contacts need redesigning lol , but then again they still haven't found a buyer so who knows
  19. Do you know physical which one , test the cables from the panel to the Rio , then Rio to Rio , resistance and power checks would good Also look at the flash rate on the Rio one will show that it's communicating , Honeywell's idea of it timing on a chart is stupid so you will have to figure that one Galaxy expert will be here soon hopefully
  20. Can we have a blaggers lounge?
  21. You do realise when you port forward you have to create the rule and then apply the rule to the device , sometimes restarting the devices helps, and assign to Mac address and so on
