Pay a man to default the alarm / remove digi off system... I'd assume ADSL on the line caused a run away dialer, or the number came back into service ? CIastle appear to be long dead & burried -
Call me crazy... Did you get in touch with the installer / maintainer of the security system & ask them to train you on how to use the alarm correctly ? Maybe when they undertake the maintenance visit, update the kekoholder ect...

Biscuits should have a min space between them (500mm?) You would have needed 3 biscuits in device for alarm, confirm & mask ?
