    I agreeJust to clarify JOO, if the part failed in the first 12m then FOC but as I have just re-read it I suspect it failed outside 12m and the warranty is an extended warranty by the manufacturer then imo you do not pass that on to the end user. Also you will have little recourse from the manufacturer for your time, but it may be worth a try for a gogw

    Not the end users fault, the repair should be at no cost to the client. If you asked me to stump up I may offend you with my answer.
