hi, i hope someone can help i am trying to get hold of an engineer manual for a veritas 8c as i have no codes for a sytem and need to do a default. i have been in the security industry for over 12 years now and havnt come accross this panel yet. i hope someone can help. thanks nick

Help :!: My wife's been in her house 3 years now, never used the alarm but now wants to. But she has lost the code. We've got the user manual but that's no help, Anyone tell me what to do.

Hi There you nice people that are gonna help me. I've recently moved into a house fitted with a Brace Wireless Alarm System and i need a replacement remote unit for arming and disarming the alarm. I also would like an extra IR detector. Can anyone advise how i can find and purchase these items as i have searched the net for this company and not found anything. We had a power cut yesterday. After power was restored and the alarm stopped we found we could not enter anything on the keypad - pressing buttons does not give a "beep" as usual, we cannot reset or arm the alarm. I have read about low battery causing a problem but I would have thought it would charge up again, is the lack of any response from the keypad the same problem? Thanks for any help.

Could anyone point me in the right direction to get hold of one? I have had a look round the site and cannot find any links to help so I am posting my request in hope that someone can help. We have moved house and have an Optima 2 Plus alarm but the previous owners didn't leave the handbook. I have tried searching the net with no result. I need to omit a zone on a part of the house that has been demolished but when i try to go into the programming menu by entering the engineer code and pressing prog it comes back with a null tone and only the zone with a fault on it is lit not all of them as should be. So now i'm at the stage where i can't change anything. Any Ideas.
