:huh: I need to omit a zone on a part of the house that has been demolished but when i try to go into the programming menu by entering the engineer code and pressing prog it comes back with a null tone and only the zone with a fault on it is lit not all of them as should be. So now i'm at the stage where i can't change anything. Any Ideas.

Try code ,full, omit , zone number , prog.
:huh: Yes that works and i've no problem setting the thing but when I want to change the acces code or anything like that l cant. l wanted to completely omit the zone in programming so that when i enter my code and press full the alarm would work without me having to omit anything. Plus l still cant change the code.

If its an older system try CODE , 0,0. If this works , you have the older system , and you will need the old installer guide. :huh:
