Hi everyone Installer newby here, how do I get access to the trade installer area please?

Guardtec 300 keypad is displaying En? Does anyone know how to reset the keypad to erase En that is being displayed on the keypad, or how I can reset the alarm back to factory resetting so it can be reprogrammed please? 0
