Hi aissecur thanks for the reply, the panel was already showing en when I went to the persons home, don't know if who may have put it in engineer mode as it was in that state when they moved in recently. if you could pm me with any info regarding defaulting an alarm or stuff like that wish I fully understand why that would be great thank you

Sorry guys to be a pain in the butt, but what does En mean on the keypad display and can it be got rid of? I'm assuming it's engineer mode or something like that?

Thanks for the reply Pete, sadly the person who they bought the house from didn't leave the manual just the bit of card on how to turn the system on and off, can you download the manual anywhere? thanks for the advice on the PIRs as well much appreciated.

It's for a friend who have just moved into a house with this alarm in they have cats? also Pete they want to change the user code, are the steps to change it the same as the 350? Thanks
