The nerd forum has been down most of the week.

 

I don't know if anyone else had contacted already contacted JW but I texted him yesterday & it was back when I looked again an 1hr or so later.

 

No matter where the forum is located it still needs a sysop to sort issues,  its a hobby forum fitted around JW's work & family commitments, he's go it back up whilst on holiday

I think the real alarm man should pay for it

This is the most popular UK alarm forum so sponsorship should be easy to get.  The three electrical forums all make a profit from sponsorship alone. 

Agreed.

 

Hope it's OK James, but I've sent sponsorship invites to 5 Star Alarms and ADT - good to have a mix of co's I think.

It did years ago, by buying banners etc

Sponsors will remove house bashers from trade and insist on real alarm men only and if they pay subscription then they will have a say in what goes on
