I'm puzzled, you are not because you're experts..but what sort of assesment can be done with cctv regardless of the premises, surely it's just using a high degree of common sense as far as layout is concerned ?

Quality assured companies have to show that they have carried out a ra as evidence that they have taken everything into consideration, including the customers requirements. The customer agrees or disagrees to the findings of the ra. the ra is the only way to insure that the installer has interpreted the customers requirements correctly
