We have just secured another £3m of funding for acquisitions if we want it so although YOU think I'm a muppet clearly others don't . . . MrHappy
be a fool to invest good money in chunks strategy imo, it will succeed or go pop, I suspect the later but assume our tame clamper will make a few quid on the way ? & personally I wouldn't invest money in an alarm co. matthew.brough
dont want to sound condesending, but anyone that thinks working for yourself is a walk in the park then they are on a hiding to nothing, just don't think the obvious needs drilling in, but I am sure all those starting out including myself would like to thank you all for highlighting how difficult it can be. Enough for me more pressing things await. That's my point. Working for yourself with no staff, no money is the hardest job in the world. What makes you think i have a job last time i lookedi do my advertising i do my quotes i order parts i wait for them to get delivered and i install them then i invoice the customers for payment i have 3monthly meetings with my accountant to make sure my tax and NI is paid up to date although i do it all i would still class it as running a business although it being a small one compared to other companies or what would you call it then Being a busy fool. goncall
Correct Clearly those with pots of it don't believe so. We have just secured another £3m of funding for acquisitions if we want it so although YOU think I'm a muppet clearly others don't . . . I'm no business man as you know, but the way your going can only end up one of two ways,a-you're non urn 999 thing comes off and you don't have to change a thing, but that leaves the door open for anyone and everyone to set up a back bedroom operation,b-it doesn't come off and you're left with x amount of customers who can't now get police response which they expect

matthew.brough
Nice idea, but as the majority of recent viewings are fire service companies not quite an accurate viewpoint, No money in intruder I'm no business man as you know, but the way your going can only end up one of two ways,a-you're non urn 999 thing comes off and you don't have to change a thing, but that leaves the door open for anyone and everyone to set up a back bedroom operation,b-it doesn't come off and you're left with x amount of customers who can't now get police response which they expect We still hold approval, so if a fails easy enough to get urns. If a works then I'll have the upper hand way way before the majority see it coming. Either way, I win. And if it does all go tits, he wont be left with any customers.
