I don't agree, it happens in some other countries.

They can't even enforce all current rules of the road so why add more to the list.

The only ones enforced are ones that are easy to make money from.

Many eco-friendly cars are tax free now, that pisses me off more than cyclists.

Along with the fact that some cars are unfairly IMO cheaper than motorcycles.
