I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.

we're flat out most of july (which is our inspection month) so called ssaib to get a date sorted out... that was 2 weeks ago and no one's called - i must be the only person calling them asking them to come and they can't even call back.

NSI would be out for the free lunch :D

I was quite surprised when he said that there was no need for it, Although some assessors like the free grub,
