funny enough re hkc I just fitted a system (friend believe it or not) on a few gates on a small farm. no waterproofing like that test I did 5 yrs ago on my house. Still no issues and furthest gate is over 500m away

I wouldn't recommend risco either but it is cheap. However the wired stuff is ok imo

usually dusting terminal is from a faulty / cheap battery slightly leaking. You will need to clean the terminals up. plus I think its Israeli not italian

press * when selecting the zone type

set the input keyswitch and pulse type (enable the * modifier), then just use the switch dc output type on the source panel it will only then arm the other system not disarm

from me experience domestics think monthly fees are a rip off (apart from sky, amazon etc) and that a voice dialler is a grade 4 comms device for free

no polling or path integrity checking, no audit trail leaving installer open to failure to perform claims on insurance etc etc
