if its a push notify then its not a firewall issue, once your panel sends it then its down to the cloud. However all cloud systems cant replace proper monitoring they are not the same -

looks like a euro 28 pcb id assume they would work. you also have an msx card and a 232 card fitted?

well id be looking to prove the panel, looping out the circuits. I suppose you could have a voltage on a leg. You didn't connect the battery the wrong way round did you? -
