  4. if its a push notify then its not a firewall issue, once your panel sends it then its down to the cloud. However all cloud systems cant replace proper monitoring they are not the same

  12. my first check would be connection or psu. Did u have connection issues with hik too?

  16. in my tests the tone of the cqr unit was loudest imo

  19. well id be looking to prove the panel, looping out the circuits. I suppose you could have a voltage on a leg. You didn't connect the battery the wrong way round did you?
