    8 = MAX Function This option allows users to be assigned a MAX function.

    1 = Access Only This attribute allows a user to gain door access by use of a keytag or card in front of a MAX reader.

    2 = Unset Only This attribute allows a user to unset the system by use of a keytag or card in front of a MAX reader.

    3 = Set and Unset This attribute allows a user to set and unset the system by use of a keytag or card in front of a MAX reader.

  2. Does the g2 have all the access levels?

     

    Yes 

     

     
    This allows the user type to be selected. There are 4 types available to choose from:
     
    0 = Cleaner Can only set and unset the system
    1 = User Can do all day-to-day operation but cannot override fault conditions
    2 = Manager As per User but can override faults and reset alarms and tampers
    3 = Master As per Manager but can add, remove and alter user codes.
  3. He tried three batteries , I say it's the panel , had some where they give either continuous battery mis or mains fail , probably sold on eBay for that

    Dose every DIY (as its in the DIY section) have 3 7ahr batteries laying around ?

  4. Anybody got a decent service checklist i can have a look at for cctv / access. Just in the middle of rewriting ours for, so far intruder has been cut down to 12 points which is now going to be cut down to 11 as i think the last two are the same question.

    Because they are in to plaster or plasterboard.

    Yes, and because people treat them like Gods and fear to challenge them, if you think they are wrong, challenge them.

     

    Always challenge them here, its how you learn.

  6. Probably asked before but

    Nsi are saying it doesn't comply? And it's in there great book somewhere with an explanation?

     

    Last inspection  was told they are ideally for cables across entry routes / fire escapes. funny how things change.
