A usually full set Others are part set I think keypad will only show those names as you set and the online app feature will show the name you have to it Unless you have changed the settings for what the other keys do it might be why it's showing the same , You have manual?

No not really Because the bell and strobe usually a negative trigger , connected to an output at panel The tamper will be a tamper terminal , but possibly you have connected it to the wrong terminal or missed a link from a second tamper terminal to zero volts , if the bell has it

Pictures of bell wiring at the bell and pictures of wiring of the main PCB would be good to look at

Depending on what power you need for the fan to work , connect the fan black ground to negative / ground -ve of the power supply And connect the fan positive to NO or NC depending on which way you want it to work, And then common to the power supply positive +ve So that would.operwte the fan when the relay is triggered, if it's. Magnetic gate then that power arrangement would probably be setup via the NC route , or you won't use any power if there is an existing push button which you can wire across it without any power arrangements Or you will be probably blow it all up if your not understanding it correctly ?
