  1. Are you in Ireland? Just wondering how you got app setup, had an installer at some point ?
  2. You enter eng , remove the keypad , wire up new one and then add new one , system should see no keypad I assume you have no app system so can't do it from virtual keypad Or just add new one as keypad 2 and delete keypad 1 , don't really make much difference for you Or you know who to go see right ?
  3. I would swap it, they will get exchange aswell Otherwise go see
  4. They never knew which tho, depends where op bought this from ...
  5. Some of the keypads had touch sensitivity problems , these are all usually exchanged via the supplier , hkc can't tell you which ones are at fault , and over time the problem gets worse where they keypad starts pressing its own buttons as such If you bought without warranties unlikely you can exchange and will just have to hope it's just the Illumination bit
  6. So you haven't physically damaged the tamper switch etc?
  7. Unless you have some knowledge for this it will be difficult. I would remove the fuse again You need logically check for electrical power , How do you know the mains power is not disconnected somewhere? After inserting fuse that would be your first check , by maybe using a mains tester.
  8. How's the rest monitor work ? Like a video feed or something?
  9. Yeah quantum 70 onboard H is an orisec dude tho ....
  10. Actually forget that, you're better off with the dahu bell, hikvision doorbell which has on they do various but I'm not sure what you mean by single channel playback as the hic and other recorders do playback more than one channel I assume you have a limited budget which is fair enough
  11. Then as above you need onvif which uniview probably will work better than serage , latter being total junk and uni more or less copy of hik
  12. I didn't think you needed to do that him dB to hik dVR/NVR? Actually the dahua doorbell is pretty good
  13. I think any , but have to connect it manually on the NVR on spare channel using it's IP address etc Hik connect as seperate unit for the call ring features Hate hik lol
  14. RF built WiFi/ Lan/ gsm choice
  15. NOT Pretty but getting there after a few clips and cable ties Mr H what you think ? If passes you then I need try worse 😂
  16. Basically took 20seconds once prepped
  17. Bell on battery , but I am feeling nervous already
  18. So those mains suppressor things won't help on the panel end in this case ?
  19. Although bell can be reconnected within a min or two of you skilled enough I would have let the old panel hand some how cut the plastic or something got the new back plates in and powered up may odd disconnect but it would have been quick 15min ringing you letting the kettle boil 😂
  20. Depends how it's all wired tho, if your going to take time you can disconnect and send power to it via a battery , otherwise as above I guess Keep windows and doors closed that way it doesn't bother you lol
  21. So good thing the alarm is not using your WiFi right?
