Good Morning everyone, I've been a forum member for a while but became a bit inactive with my posting so thought I would try and use the site a bit more. I'm located in the southeast part of the country and after completing an apprenticeship with my company (One of the better nationals in my opinion) have been a fully fledged installation engineer for the past 3 1/2 years. Oh and my names Brad

I'm a sparky more than an alarm engineer, although I do probably 4-5 installs a year. Most systems now seem to involve security cameras & recording too. Signed up for the occasional bit of support from the experts out there! Hope I can contribute back in some way too.

The mains & Day only LEDs are ON. I also have bought the user, engineer manual and HAVE the EC. The system is in Quiescent mode. PIR detect ok. I do not want to trig alarm but if it does how can silence it (Internal or External) using the EC ? Is it possible to: 1. Just to test the EC code only without opening the panel and since no change just # to EXIT Eng mode ? OR HOW TO use tamper cct to timeOUT itself ? 2. How do I differentiate between…

Hi There - I was looking for the contact for Dale who has offered a wiring diagram on the Rokonet PIR - I see he has already assisted some one with the wiring. The PIR has the following: 2 x alarm inputs, 2 x tamper inputs and a negative and positive input. The brochure does not at all state how this must be wired. It also has an input for a jumper near the leds. Please assist. Much appreciated. Jeeva *edit jpw

However the problem I do have is that they have a Digiprox DGLPWLC proximity reader (square thing about 4" x 3") installed above the door en…
