Maybe upload photos of each end showing the connections and markings?

I cannot get access to the bell at the moment, however i have not changed the connections there, I labelled where it was wired into the original panel. (note i need to reduce the exposed wires in the picture) 

 

B+: Red

B- Black 

BA : yellow

STB- : Green 

STB+: White

BT: Blue

Did you change anything other than the bell? I would start by removing the strobe and bell (yellow and white wires) then see if arming still blows the fuse then put them back one at a time to see whats causing the problem. My money is on strobe
