luggsey
Time has come for a new staple gun! Im looking at the rapid R36 but I'm unsure this one will work for 6 core alarm cable 'and' larger cat5/belden/coax? Anybody use one, cheapest price I found is £40. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Life is like a box of chocolates, some bugger always gets the nice ones! sixwheeledbeast
I also only have a 28 mainly for 8 core, 28s can be a little bit loose on 4/6 core as it is. I would say you would need both if you are using both sizes of cable. Think I would have to be doing a lot of single runs, to justify the larger gauge one. grantc
Anyone else find the rapid staple guns unreliable? Always seem to jam up or break on me. Perhaps I'm a bit heavy handed with them? sixwheeledbeast
Never broken one had occasional jammed staples, the older ones seem a lot more powerful.
