dave clarke
Hi Guys, Anyone tell me the brand and model of this unit we have installed?? Trying to get a user manual and trying to get a spare keypad. Took back off it and wont resent, as display is now saying "Rem Tamp", which must mean it needs to be reset, but how???? - Any help would be greatly appreciated guys Thanks Dave Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/40732-can-anyone-identify-this-unit-and-brand/ Share on other sites

datadiffusion
I assume this means 'remote keypad tamper' - did you take the keypad front off? So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/40732-can-anyone-identify-this-unit-and-brand/#findComment-455166 Share on other sites

sixwheeledbeast
Early Starburst Menvier keypad, as above. You can revive them for a little while if you clean the contacts. You should be looking for new controls as any used stuff will have similar wear.
