the same way a co will track your work history if they do it properly,the quals thing wont happen without grandfather rights as you will end up with too many cases in the echr for breach of working rights it works in other sectors as they have had it for years this industry hasnt so to implement overnight so to speak wont work,they have to chose a date and after that you need xyz to work in it easy to set up but some want it one way,tho something probably has to be done before it ends up not an industry at all

in college they taught how to to the door wiring, cant remember the name of it when u wire a loop on a door and put a sheet or ply over it ?
