Got a problem with a freinds concept 6 alarm

when ever he puts his fuse pack in the main alarm panel the panel starts to sound
then down at the keypad there is a red power light on but the keypad does not respond in any way it used to beep when they typed the code in put it doesnt anymore

I changed the battery but noticed the battery terminal leeds had corrosion on could this be a problem any help would be apprciated

Bin it and fit a new system.

id agree looks like the lack of care on the system has fried the charger circuit.

It may be worth trying the default code 1st but just a long shot and if it does get replaced make sure it's serviced regularly.
