The output is programmed as 11 in digicom output 8 and is positive but doesn't change status doesn't flicker or drop out

 and as I said only the 790/900 manual but never saw anything about altering output state

Config 019 is one way.

Try making a custom output on the panel outputs ( 4 of them), if you cannot with all them its fooked.

Will try again (I had programmed the clean contact output 1 as 2nd alarm but that never changed) and will spend a bit time on your custom output suggestion 

To be fair if none are changing the panel is due for a change as good as they were.

I think an issue was the second signal restored after a while but left intruder active.

 

They definitely didn't do Abort hence the abort module.

 

Anyway OP, replace panel.

Oh that reminded me there's an option for 2nd Alarm time if that's "000" there's your issue.

Be in Engineers 1 - 5 somewhere near the end.

No changed it to 005 set alarm off for 10 minutes and it never changed sorry

TS900 did confirmed but had no time window, same as 2500, its the reason we moved away from them. You could have a zone activate today then a 2nd in a weeks time and it would send a confirmed if it hadn't been reset.

Bit strange not being reset though over that time period???
