TS900 did confirmed but had no time window, same as 2500, its the reason we moved away from them. You could have a zone activate today then a 2nd in a weeks time and it would send a confirmed if it hadn't been reset.

I'm not sure which panels we are agreeing to support but these are the defiantes.

Galaxy (makes me laugh, we just paid a fortune to rip them all out and now were supporting them again, but that's another story)

all we support is castle, galaxy and HKC. Anything else is replaced or a walk away. I think 3 is too many but those are the only things we have installed.

 

I should add this is signalling only.

Downloader is okay.

Scanny are fine, always liked them. Even had a 9100 in the house until 1998.

Castle, bad memories of ID and a terrible site but it had 45 remotes and that did work at least.

when were in omega the other castle users used to have a fix for id sites on castle panels. replace the panel with a risco or an ade that did iD. No other chnages and that fixed the issue.
