Trouble is , this isn`t an isolated incident.

Have seen it time and time again.

Watched the guy in Kwik-Fit (don't ask) clearing a customer Seat Leon FR (black so the scratches will hardly show!) with the yard brush this morning.

Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.

I think for that they should be banned. That has got to be worse than texting and driving a 40 tonner.

It takes the time to warm the car/van up to get the snow off. And if you dont like cold hands use some just luke warm water and pour over the roof and it all falls off.

Luke warm not hot though lol.
