Who says certs should be issued for every job?

Would that be the very people who's major revenue stream is from certs?

The same company who practice double standards?

I've yet to find a RKP mounted on the door, however where the mongs have done this sort of half arsed effort of an install it normally been tarted up during service visits, when in the area or when short of work.

If taking over an nsi gold system i can assume the cert is in place. If silver or ssaib i need to recert. Id of thought you would need to recert to ssaib if taking an nsi system of either rating?
