Ronnie
we are lookiing at swapping our 2 transporters and 1 octavia for 3 new cars - our short list is either ford focus estate, astra sports tourer or i40 - i40 is the preferred option at the moment. i got prices yesterday from vauxhall for a 3 year lease, 20,000 miles and maintenance @ £445.49 a month with a £1,300 payment which i thought was ridiculous. Scotmod
Mines was nice to drive but due to the way the wheel arches come in to the boot I couldnt get as much as I could in the Mondeo which annoyed me.

MrHappy
i40 is the preferred option at the moment. I'm sure I've mentioned it before, but we have estate (not mine) on contract, I'm undecided as to whether I should be running a car or van (berlingo) Hatch or estate I'd be worried about my kit spilling over on to the back seats, pimp tints would help it from being seen but I'd still be concerned at getting robbed. jb-eye
snob? (old, ill-placed view btw) Read my status update. The only thing posh about me is--- well yes its her.I bought a 1964 Lambretta today for daft money and even had to bump it to get it running. Every bit of common sense in my body warned me not to make this purchase. 40 years ago i only could afford the basic model. Now i have top end and it will be lucky to see much daylight. Customers!
