Technical-Systems-Ex
Hello I would greatly appreciate feedback as to whether anyone would consider using an alternative technical support service in the event of any problems contacting your manufacturer. This service would involve a small consultation fee that would guarantee a fast and professional resolve to any issue you may face that could be holding you on site longer than you need to be. Operated by highly experienced former technical support engineer, trained by one of Europe's leading intruder manufacturer's, .Out of hours service .Possible 24 hours emergency service .Extensive knowledge of all Honeywell, Ademco/Microtec products past and present .Will be opening up to wider manufacturers range. I look forward to hearing your response and thoughts on this guys Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/31278-alternative-product-support/ Share on other sites
A-G
What you've described is what is available here, so I can't see anyone showing any interest in this service . . . PM me for access to the SSAIB members discussion area. Cubit
If the manufacturer cannot be contacted, they don' get used. It's the sort of policy that tends to grab their attention. reidy
Daft idea, all my engineers are fluent in what they install and if they dont know the answer they phone another engineer or me That's the case at our place and would imagine at most others. It's only takeovers with unfamiliar kit where we tend to need to ring technical and that's not all that often.
