NO i was talking about the SPLIT that has happened at kings hill(ex dartford branch),camberley and the city branch(this is a trial and it is to be rolled out across the country this year)...the three different division are being run as sperate business's

Had'nt even heard about what tyco were/are doing untill now

The old MD at Initial Fire and Security took up a new post over a year ago to try and develop the business in Europe and the States.

For whatever reason, the expansion has not happened quick enough and so the decision was made to listen to offers for the firm.
