March 31, 200719 yr comment_161041 From what I hear both companies will merge as one. Whos name it will be is not yet known. Engineers jobs are safe but expect big changes in management level. A lot of faces will change and dont rule out a lot of big names from other companies joining the new set up. it will them and us as engineers go.....it happened at *** when thorn *** and modern merged..its still like that...thorn men stick together, modern stick together and old *** stick together... I can say I have never fitted one while being there for 20 ish years. The only Aritech Chubb use are takeovers, All Chubb systems are Guardall, Galaxy and the new Verex Monitor system. April 2, 200719 yr comment_161287 Fingers crossed they dont decide to stick with initial's panel of choice (ATS) because its the bigger company, saying that UTP own guardall as well so i dont think they will stop using them.....so it looks likeit should be a winning situation all round Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/13855-what-now-for-initial-fire-and-security/page/13/#findComment-161287 Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
