Just plain old Chubb, at least Stal will have a new company to moan about. On the plus side Chubb have always recognised the unions, could mean a reasonable pay rise.

Chubb Electronic security into Initial(renamed UTC F&S) and Initial Fire into Chubb,

or they may rename it shorrocks again and keep Chubb,Kidde and Shorrocks running along side each other. Most people get three quotes, if they merge it could make it more competitive for themselves.

From yesterdays briefing it looks like it will be 6 months before integration is completed.

Think it will be called either Chubb or UTC Fire And Security. Hopefully things will be cleared up after tomorrows meeting once the information packs have been issued.
