as above you shouldn't have a resistor in the panel and imho not needed unless long runs on a busy line. id take the rio and connect local to the panel. If it stays off line its goosed -

yeah 13A fuses take some blowing id get it looked at urgently

There should be power at the keypad with the mains off, you either have a battery, fuse or main pcb problem. A factory reset wont help in these cases

as alyeti spare of the zones ur not using. Gal defaults to all in use for obvious reasons -
id was designed for car use, short runs large cable etc. I've run hkc at over 200m leg length with 2 legs in the same 6 core due to 10 device limit

we go the hkc id route. But it means hardware upgrade. But due to the age of the system usually best anyway
